Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Roomify mobile app (the “App”) and our website at https://roomifyapp.ai, provided by Avemtis Properties, LLC, doing business as Roomify (“Roomify”, “we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. What Roomify does
Roomify transforms photos you take with your iPhone into magazine-quality real estate listing photos using AI. We are a software service. We are not a real estate agent, broker, photographer, or staging company. The enhanced photos are intended for legitimate marketing of real properties.
2. Your account
You need an Apple, Google, or email-based account to use the paid features. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
3. The photos you upload
You retain all rights to your photos. By uploading a photo to Roomify, you grant us a limited license to:
- Send the photo to OpenAI for AI processing.
- Store the original and enhanced versions in our backend.
- Display them back to you in the App.
This license ends when you delete the photo or your account.
4. AI-modified photos
Roomify-enhanced photos are AI-modified versions of your originals. They:
- Clean up small clutter, improve lighting, and balance color.
- Preserve furniture, art, walls, and architecture as they are in the original.
- Are tagged “AI Modified” inside the App so you can disclose this to buyers if your local regulations require it.
You are responsible for complying with any local MLS, NAR, or real estate disclosure rules about AI-modified imagery. Roomify is a tool — accuracy of your listing remains your responsibility.
5. Acceptable use
You may NOT use Roomify to:
- Process photos you don't have rights to.
- Misrepresent a property in a way that misleads buyers (e.g. fabricating features the property doesn't have).
- Process photos that contain illegal content, minors, or non-consensual imagery.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the paid tier.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Payments and refunds
Roomify charges per listing. Pricing is shown in the App. Payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system; Apple's terms apply.
Refunds. Apple handles refund requests. You can request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com. We will work in good faith on disputes about clearly defective Roomify enhancements.
Re-runs. Each paid photo comes with up to 5 free re-runs. If the AI output isn't acceptable, use the Redo button.
7. Service availability
Roomify depends on third-party services (OpenAI, Supabase, Apple). If any of those are down, parts of Roomify may not work. We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees.
8. Intellectual property
The App, our brand, prompts, design, and source code are owned by us. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that AI-enhanced photos will meet your expectations, MLS rules, or any particular use case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as Roomify evolves. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
