Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Avemtis Properties, LLC, doing business as Roomify (“Roomify”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Roomify mobile app (the “App”) and our website at https://roomifyapp.ai.
What we collect
Photos you take or upload. Roomify exists to enhance real estate photos. The photos you capture or pick from your photo library are the core data we process.
Account info. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from that provider. If you sign in with email, we collect the email address you provide.
Listing info. The address, name, and metadata you enter for each listing inside the App.
Purchase info. When you buy a listing through Apple's in-app purchase system, Apple shares a receipt with us so we can unlock the purchase. Apple handles the actual payment — we never see your credit card.
Usage info. Basic diagnostics so we can fix crashes (timestamps, app version, anonymous device identifiers). No third-party analytics.
How we use it
- To process photos. When you tap Roomify, your photo is sent to OpenAI's image-edit API (the
gpt-image-2model) along with a prompt that asks for a magazine-quality real estate edit. OpenAI receives a copy of the photo and returns an enhanced version. - To store your listings. Original and enhanced photos are stored in our cloud backend (provided by Supabase, Inc.) so they're available across your devices and persist between app sessions.
- To deliver the product. Authentication, payment unlocks, syncing your listings, and similar.
- To improve Roomify. Aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns help us decide what to build.
Who we share with
- OpenAI — receives each photo you choose to Roomify, processes it, and returns an enhanced version. See OpenAI's data usage policies. As of this policy date, OpenAI does NOT use API submissions to train its models.
- Supabase — hosts your account data, photos, and listings. Photos are encrypted at rest.
- Apple — handles in-app purchases. Apple shares receipts with us but not your card.
- We do not sell your data. We do not share photos with third parties beyond what's listed above. We do not use your photos to train any AI model.
Your rights
You can:
- View and delete any listing or photo from inside the App at any time.
- Request a full export of your data by emailing support@roomifyapp.ai.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@roomifyapp.ai. We will delete within 30 days.
If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA) you have additional rights to access, correct, and port your data. Email us to exercise them.
Children
Roomify is intended for adult professionals (real estate agents, property managers). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the App. The “Effective date” at the top tells you when the current version was published.
